AFTER SALES & TECHNICAL SERVICE

Our team of expert technicians is at your service to make our printers serve you for long years once they left the manufacturing department. The installation site and the location is planed, before your printers are installed. Training is offered per customer request,without any time limit. Technical service available after the installation is provided within 24 hours upon your request.

COLOR PROFILES

Our printers are intended to print the designs in authentic colors. The ICC profiles prepared by us to be used on standard materials come with interface software, and RIP programs. Should you have a special requirement, our Team of Color Experts equipped with the state-of-the-art ICC color calibrators ,and can make the color adjustments required for any special material for you.

In addition to the in-house training courses we offer in regular basis, we gather our dealers and customers to discuss the latest technological developments. Customers can request individual training courses. The training courses we offer can be held in our training facilities or at the customer’s site.
